The Carb Rotation Diet Reviewed
We recently reviewed The Carb Rotation Diet. It uses carb cycling to help you lose body fat without sending your body into starvation mode. One day is high carbs, one day is low carbs and one day is no carbs.
There are versions for men and women but the substance of them is not that different.
This diet is best for you if you want to lose some weight for a specific event or if you looking for a leaner more muscular look.
The program would be suitable for ongoing living provided you were able to integrate it into your lifestyle and you were willing to add lean muscle building exercise as part of your program.
We rated it 7/10 overall with cost, complication and the need for exercise areas where it did not compare well with other programs we have reviewed.
